1964 Graduated from Gulf Coast Bible College now Mid America Christian University (BTH)
1965 Graduated from Warner Pacific College (BA)
1968 Graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary (MDIV)
1968 - 1978 Academic Dean, Evangelistic Bible Institute, Mexico, City.
1969 Married Lydia Sanchez and had three daughters
Lydia Elizabeth, married in l998 with Antonio Villegas and have three children: Victor Elias, Jazmin Esther , and Emma Gabriela.
Mirna Rebeca, married in l997 with David Alanis and have two children: Josue Israel, Sarah Rebeca.

1974 Planted God is Love Church in Mexico City with the business and professional community. Right now, is self supported with over 300 members.
1976 Graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary (ThM)
1977 Graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary (DMIS)
1977 to 1980 Pastor of the Dios es Amor Church in Mexico City.
1981 to 1993 Pastor of Discipleship at the Castillos del Rey church in Monterrey, Mexico
This church grew from 250 in 81 to over 4000 members by 1993. During this time 15 churches were planted. Right now over 100 churches have been planted and have over 10,000 members.
1981 Founded the Instituto de Renovacion Espiritual (IRE)
1985 Founded Escuela de Ministerios Doulos, to prepare and equip lay people for ministry. Hundreds have graduated and are serving the Lord right now. (Over 500)
1988- Graduated from Haggai Institute at the Super Servant Seminar.
1993 – 1998 Regional director for Mexico and Central America for CBMC International (In Latin America is CPEC: Comite de Profesionales y Empresarios Cristianos)

1998 – present, Regional Director for all Latin America. This organization is trying to bring to Christ and disciple business and professional people to make them spiritual reproducers.
2003- Was honored by Warner Pacific College as the Alumni of the year.
2004- Mid America Christian University awarded Dr. Cepeda with an honorary Doctorate in Divinity.

Enrique has ministered in over forty nations and have started the ministry of CBMC in Mexico (1993), Guatemala (1994), Venezuela (1994), Costa Rica & Honduras (1994), Ecuador y Nicaragua (1998), Argentina, Cuba (1999), Bolivia (2000), Spain (2001) Chile and Peru (2002), Belize (2003), Uruguay (2004), and Puerto Rico (2005).

He has trained in all over Latin America and Spain and Portugal. Enrique is a Master trainer, a discipler, and a mentor to the younger generations.


He is asking the Lord to influence 20,000 people in the years God will allow him on this earth. His desire is to produce leaders not followers that will multiply in others so that future generations will be impacted and influenced.

His MISION has always been to “Equip the Saints” for the work of ministry (that’s why he found Doulos) and his LIFE´S PURPOSE is to please God by fulfilling God’s calling in his life by making a great commitment to the Great Commandment and Great Commission, and influence others to do the same.
